Use of social media plug-ins

We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Youtube, LinkedIn, Google+.

We use the two-click solution. In other words, when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. The provider of the plug-in can be identified by the marking on the box above its initial letter or by its logo. The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and / or customized website design. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for non-logged-in users) for the presentation of customized advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. Integration of YouTube Videos and Live Streams

We have included YouTube videos and live streams in our online offering, which are saved on www.YouTube.com and are directly playable on our website. Application form with Google Forms

There is an application form ("Apply Now") on this website which you can use for your electronic application. This application form uses the Google Forms service. Google Forms is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA. Google Forms is a service that we use to display "online surveys" in the form of application forms or questionnaires on our website. In this context, the following data may be collected and processed:

The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. If you do not want Google to collect and process the above-mentioned data, you can send your application via email to info@3dsgermany.com.

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose.

This data is processed on servers located in the USA.

The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal communication by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

We store the data collected during registration for the period that you are registered on our website. Your data will be deleted should you cancel your registration.

LinkedIn Insight tag

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight tag of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Pl, Dublin, 2, Ireland ("LinkedIn"), subject to your consent. The LinkedIn Insight tag is a small JavaScript code snippet that we have added to our website to enable detailed campaign reporting and to gain valuable information about visitors to our website.
